    Malose is founder and Managing Director of Mega Africa Holdings. He was also instrumental in the re-launch of Thuthuka Project Managers (Proprietary) Limited, a member of Mega Africa, and Ciskastreet Holdings (Proprietary) Limited.

    His working career in engineering started at Boart International in South Africa in 1987, and continued to Longyear Canada in North Bay Ontario, Canada where he worked mainly with mining and exploration equipment until 1993

    He then joined Hulett Aluminium in Pietermaritzburg in 1993 where he worked in the Technical Department. He moved on to joint Hillside Aluminium (a company of BHP Billiton) as Process Engineer in the Casthouse until 1996..

    He joined Reutech Defense Industries (a company of Reunert) and a manufacturer of military electronic communications equipment, weapons, and land mine detection systems, as Production Manager until 1998.

    His career as business man started in 1999 with the founding of Gagasi Engineering (Proprietary) Limited, a company that rendered mechanical engineering services in the Kwa-Zulu Natal area, with clients including Umgeni Water, and Durban Metro Water. Gagasi was also involved with the refurbishment programme of the Durban International Airport where it installed the chilled water piping system for the air conditioning.

    He joined Enserve Engineering Services (Proprietary Limited as Executive Director and shareholder, a manufacturer of industrial valves, also providing repair and refurbishment services on valves and pumps for major petroleum refineries, power stations, sugar mill and paper mill companies in South Africa and neighbouring contries.

    He founded Mega Africa Holdings to pitch the company at a different level than he has operated before, pioneering participation of black professionals in build, own operate operations. Malose continues to lead Mega Africa with passion and unparalleled levels of commitment.

  • Kobus career spans a number of companies where he occupied various positions including: SAMES (Pty) Ltd 1980 to 1984, Process Engineer and Manufacturing Manager of Wafer Fabrication, new process (CMOS, PMOS) development and implementation. BMI (Pty) Ltd 1984 to 1986, business and market intelligence surveys for local and international businesses.

    He joined the Industrial Development Corporation (IDC) of South Africa in 1986 to 1989 where he was involved with the evaluation of applications for finance, Assess marketing, technical and financial risk aspects of business proposals to determine economic viability and sustainability.

    He joined Technology Finance Corporation of South Africa in1989 to 1992, where he was involved with the evaluation of applications for venture capital in new technology developments, assess commercial viability and protection of intellectual property, negotiating and concluding technology license agreements with suitable licensors.

    He joined the division of Water Technology Manage CSIR in 1992 to 1996 and operated the CSIR STEP fund investment in new technology for a division of CSIR, identified and developed new business in foreign countries, including the Middle East (Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Quattar etc.). Kobus has forged technology agreements with industrial organizations in Japan, UK, Germany, USA etc.

    In 1996 he founded Ciskastreet Associates and consulted to industrial clients on new business development, feasibility studies for new ventures and preparation of applications for finance and government grant funds.

    Solly started his career at  Shell South Africa in various management positions in their Oil Division. He had a stint at AT&T as a market analyst in the USA until returning back to SA to again work for Shell.

    He thereafter worked for Eskom as Regional Marketing Manager, then Senior General Manager Transmission Group, then  Executive Director. He was Executive Director  HR and later Executive Director for  Primary Energy and IT at Eskom Enterprises. Solly lead the consolidation of Parastatal IT companies for Eskom who is the major shareholder of  Solly comes with huge management experience of over twenty years with various international executive training exposures.

    Tebogo is a well rounded Engineer who has has developed his career spanning a number of intitutions and major companies; he occupied positions ranging from Engineer up to Ecucutive Director level in companies including Ehlanzeni District Municipality ( Executive Director - Technical Services), Department of Water Affairs and Forestry South Africa (Director and Acting Chief Director Mechnical and Electrical Services), Grotto Defranceschi (Director), CONSANI ENGINEERING (Murray & Roberts) (General Manager and Director), SA Breweries (Beer Division) (brewing and Services Project Engineer, Engineering Consultant, Senior Design Engineer), and Babcock Engineering Contractors (Graduate Engineer-in Training, Commissioning Engineer).

    Tebogo brings to the team a wealth of experience in strategic areas including water resources management, formulation and implementation to overall business plans, management experience at senior level, project management of turnkey projects in the Engineering Environment, managing partnerships and alliances with international suppliers and partners to broaden market base and skills transfer, Occupational Health and Safety implementation and management, and management of specialist functions in the Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering.
